-Cycling, with a high seat for faster results.
I will have to pass on this topic, I already have issues with certain doorways and arches in peoples houses.
But next time I am looking down at someone and they ask me how do they get taller, I will pass this more useful advice on than my pocket full of useless rags I have for not so useful questions.

Well, for increasing height I guess you should do pull-ups. And do it often.
