I can suggest this https://github.com/atom/atom . But you need to be good at your job (CoffieScript). It's a good feeling to say "I gave an Atomic editor"

It really depends on what are you working on (e.g. desktop applications or web development)
For web development here are some suggestions:
video.js (an open-source JavaScript video player framework)
angular.js (a JavaScript library for extended web features)

React Native and React Js are some really nice repositories.

They are run by Facebook and are gaining a lot of attention. The new things that they are coming out with is remarkable and will shape the way web apps are made.

Here are some that i find interesting:
  • Telegram Bot Api for C#
  • Visual Studio Code (Free Development Environment)

I prefer Python option for Telegram Bot Development:

https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/p...legram-bot

The key word is "awesome" to find interesting list of repositories and developments. For example:

https://github.com/vinta/awesome-python

The original idea comes from:

There are tons of repo with so different languages and different purposes. You might better group them into categories.
