Web control panel

#1
Hi Friends,

Which web control panel is best?
  1. Cpanel
  2. Plex
  3. Direct Admin
  4. Centos web panel

Hi,

And on what solution do you care?

If it's free, I would recommend VESTACP if it's very popular with paid DirectAdmin in Poland.

Hi Rafal,

It is Linux VPS server with CentOS v.7.

If you can not afford a paid panel then I suggest VESTACP is quite good with Centos, I personally used it myself as I had vps.

As for the cpanel, I did not say anything about it, it is not very populat in PL and it is quite expensive for our domestic earnings.

try 000webhost it's cool for web designers!

But a colleague is not looking for a free server and a panel for the vps server.

Get a ready server is no art, the trick is to learn to administer it.

VestaCP for VPS is awesome. It's come such a long way from when one had to learn the tricks. There are no tricks any longer. It even has SSL certificates like cpanel has. It also has loads of security with fail2ban - the settings which are already fixed when one uses VestaCP - one really doesn't need to figure things out any longer - or not that much anyway.

Hi,

Yes and in addition for free;)
No no vesta is a basic tool that gives opportunities to those who have no idea about management. It also has defects and bugs, which does not change the fact that the basic job is enough.

VPS is by far a lot of flexibility for me, you do not even worry about the usual memory limit and hosting will not tell you that you can not increase anymore, you increase yourself.

I grew up on the console, pat the commands manually thanks to that I have knowledge from the inside as to how it works.

The panel gives a big convenience but without knowing about the console it is unhelpful.

A topic rather for a longer discussion but probably not on this topic. I do not want to receive a warning again: D

I my opinion cPanel is the best one above all but you need to pay for that right? so My suggestion would be if you wanna spend some bucks for a service that really deserves that you can do so.

Hi,

Without a doubt, CPanel is my favorite. It is very complete and versatile. The problem is that it is commercial and the license can be very expensive. Use iRedMail to manage email accounts and administer domains (basic).

VestaCP is another interesting alternative, but I have not tried it. As I see that there are very good opinions, I am going to test it.
