For robust and quick web development: http://bulma.io/ It is much simpler than Foundation 6 and Boostrap 3.4.

I just found out about it, but it seem to be an amazing framework for html websites.

I've become very partial to Concrete5 CMS. There are loads of plugins. It has a very WYSIWYG-like, drag 'n drop authoring system, and I believe you can connect your site to their back end and install plugins directly from their database without downloading and extracting and uploading the plugins' directories.

I'm pretty certain styling your own themes is done similarly to Drupal.

I'm also very, very partial to Drupal. There is a plugin for EVERYTHING. It can be a little stubborn with styling, but if you have da CSS skills, you can make a VERY functional, VERY attractive site.

I'm also a huge fan of the UK Company Serif. They make a sweet WYSIWYG editor called WebPlus. I bought a copy for $99 when they were on version 4, and it comes with a free database and loads of other goodies. There's also a free version, which while limited, still provides a decent way to author a semi-complex site.

Well there's my two cents!

Oh! Also, I'm a die hard FileZilla fan, but if any of you has ever used CyberDuck, it's pretty f*in sweet! It not only manages FTP, but WebDAV, Amazon S3, Google Drive, Azure, Rackspace, and quite a few other storage accounts. So all your cloud storage can be managed with one program, and it may even support direct transfers, but it's been over half a decade since I've used it.
