Anyone here really good at their language?

Anyone here like really good at the language they code? Like for example, C#, do you know all the OOP stuff and all the ins and outs?

Also, is there ever a point in your coding career where you no longer ever need to look at google for examples? I guess that is how you know you're good, when you no longer use google
I think everyone has to look up information now and then (not necessarily in the form of examples). There is simply too much to know to keep it all in your head. When you get more experienced you know better what to look for and where to find it.
I've been writing JavaScript for almost a year now. I still constantly resort to Stack Overflow. There's always something new to learn, no matter what language you use.

I'm great at HTML, hit me up.
I am proficient at Perl.

If you would like to understand Object Oriented Programming I recommend starting with linear programming and the "reusing" your code. Finally you may "objectify" problems and things. If you want to "program" a barn, you may do

my $barn = Building->new;
my $animal = Cow->new;
my $pet = Dog->new;
$pet->bark($animal); #your pet annoying the cow
