Try getting an old computer and repurpose it as a storage server. Since the CPU requirements are on the low side, any PC should fit the bill.

I think ASUSTOR AS1002T 2-Bay Personal Cloud is best one. But you can also prefer Apple Time Capsule but that is costly.
