Hi @awan

Can you please remove the instances of dzikriadityadarmawan.com in your cpanel? You may have added the domain. WHM needs to have no instances of the domain DNS before it can be added as your primary domain.

Ah, sorry for the late reply, i was going to tell you to just do any necessary things at the beginning (including removing the domain from addon domain) haha.
I removed it from the addon domains, now you can proceed.

Thank you in advanced.

Update :
I'm facing 503 Error and i'm supposed it's caused by the server error. I don't know exactly what caused it. It was fine before, my site was incredibly fast. I have 2 addon domains and both of them were just wordpress site which i'm currently working on before i move it to another hosting but i moved them all already so now there's only one site with one domain on my account.

My future plan is to only using this hosting account for only 2 website :
1. My Personal Portfolio / Bio site, with domain name dzikriadityadarmawan.com
2. My Personal blog , with domain name itsliterally.me (i'll probably gonna merge it with my first site one day later)

I'll wait for the update, thank's! :)

Hi @awan I've changed the primary domain to dzikriadityadarmawan.com as requested.

Regarding the 503. Have you tried to make modifications to the .htaccess file or any other file? When I tried to make some modifications to my .htaccess file a few days ago - it came up with a 503. I can't think of anything else.

What I usually do with my wordpress websites is to make backups with the all-in-one WP migration tool
https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

Then when anything strange happens or I need to change the domain I have backup available. The backup tool loads things unbelievably fast and easy with minimum steps - from one's computer. I've come to rely on this tool quite a lot, particularly with VPSs that are notoriously fickle at times as hosts come and go quite regularly in my life time. One has to be set up as portable as possible.

Most recently - a few days ago I had a problem, as all of a sudden the migration tool had a limit to the size of the backup that could be imported or exported. I then tried to follow the plugin's suggestion for adding the bigger size to .htaccess and that came up with 503. When I deleted the add in info everything was OK again. They then also suggested a plugin - which I don't think I want to recommend as it's not a WordPress plugin and therefore not audited by WordPress. That worked. Since then I found a further suggestion from another author to change a WP content file that has the file limits in it - nuisance being one would then have to change it every time when the plugin is updated - but I think that's what I'll try next time:

Hello there @Genesis  . Thank you for your support, i didn't do any modification and before i ask for assistance i always do some troubleshooting myself but i couldn't seem to find the 'cause of it rather than assuming it was caused by some server fault. But after you changed the main domain, everything work perfectly . On the side note, i may gonna ask you to change the main domain again to awan.my.id , i'm gonna buy that domain name again (as i previously purchased the domain but then i forgot to renew it and then the price for renewal got 10 time more expensive so i got to wait for several month until the domain deletion completed and i register it again) .

I'll mark this as solved, thank's for your assistance!
