I'm a little puzzled with your question. I checked and you already have an MX Record. One sets it up with the Zone Editor.

Aha .... sub domain? Possibly how you could do that is to set up an A record for the sub domain and then point the MX Record to the A Record - like so:

https://www.name.com/support/articles/11...-MX-Record

Are you hosting your emails here in gigarocket server or perhaps in some other provider like gmail, hotmail or zoho?

Are you hosting your emails here in gigarocket server or perhaps in some other provider like gmail, hotmail or zoho? 

Im wanting to host my email with GigaRocket for the domain Cleversity.com. Do you have the step by steps instructions to point MX records, create the accounts, and what settings to use in my email client?
