From the email delivery report, the ptr is not properly set.
This means that every single email goes straight to spam box.
Can this be fixed, please?

Exactly what is it that you want us to "fix"? If you place an inquiry like this may I respectfully suggest that you provide us with your cpanel name, a printscreen of the error message that comes up, the domain that you were using to set this up with. The steps you followed to create your PTR record.
How far did you go with those steps to create your PTR Record. Exactly what did you do, and how did you discover this is a problem that can only be solved by the host? I see nothing of that in your inquiry, so your inquiry will go unanswered until you provide us with full information.

What have you done with your Reverse DNS (PTR), SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) Records?
