PTR Records not Properly set, Every mails going straight to Spam Box.

#1
[Not Solved]
From the email delivery report, the ptr is not properly set.
This means that every single email goes straight to spam box.

Can this be fixed, please?

Exactly what is it that you want us to "fix"? If you place an inquiry like this may I respectfully suggest that you provide us with your cpanel name, a printscreen of the error message that comes up, the domain that you were using to set this up with. The steps you followed to create your PTR record.

How far did you go with those steps to create your PTR Record. Exactly what did you do, and how did you discover this is a problem that can only be solved by the host? I see nothing of that in your inquiry, so your inquiry will go unanswered until you provide us with full information.

He might mean,in the "email deliverability" section,a message shows, saying to contact the host to set up the proper PTR record.

The photo attached is the steps that how I reproduced the message.(The UI is in Chinese, but key sections are in English,And as the website speed is slow in China I used VPN.)

Hi,

What have you done with your Reverse DNS (PTR), SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) Records?

I am very sorry that I am a greenhand and I don't know that.
But I searched the unexpected record's address and it seems to be the service provider of gigapages.net .
Well, anyway, you may want to contact the receiver's email service provider and ask for assistance.
