Ioncube is loaded on our server, but it seems to be missing in Apache. I've asked the help of our Chief Admin.

In the meanwhile I've created a file on your domain so you can check whether it's loaded. For now it isn't, but if our Chief Admin can get it to work, you'll be able to see it there:
