What was your typical workflow in an Agile or Project Team?

#1
For me in an Application Development Team (SM role), the Team's typical workflow looks like this:
1. Product Owner (PO) or their BAs, talk to Users and gets the latest requirements from the Business
2. PO puts all those requirements into the Team Backlog
3. PO prioritises the Backlog for the Team (note *Value here)
4. Team will add solutions and estimate the time to complete for the highest priority Stories
5. The Scrum Master works with the Team to select enough Stories to bring into the Sprint
6. Team works on the Stories in each Sprint (or in order if doing Kanban)
7. Team demonstrates, first to the PO, then to the Business the finished Story (work)
8. PO may present key finished work (Stories aggregated into Features/Epics) to Users and Stakeholders

That's one example of a workflow to the Team and then to the Users, and it's worth noting it starts and ends with the PO.
