Who know whats versions of PHP and mysql we can switch dynamically?.
For example, I have one website with php 5.4, but I working to upgrade to php 7.2.

We would need to know a little more information. Are you using cPanel or are you using a VPS or running a server on your Computer? The method to upgrade PHP and SQL on these platforms are different.
