If you are looking into gaming you can use 3D mark. However it is not free and you have to buy it. You can buy it on steam but it is a very popular PC benchmarking tool for gaming.

I think there's a free version http://www.futuremark.com/benchmarks/3dm...1449688074, It's called 3D Mark Basic Edition.

This software test the performance of your graphics card with your CPU.

To test your ram you can try memtest86.

I think you can test RAM in the bios settings as well and you are able to defrag it.

unigine is a cross-platform game engine that allow you to stress your hardware: see their benchmarks section.

unigine is free and good

But synthetic benchmarks are useless, use real world benchmarks

Novabench is a benchmarking suite with CPU, GPU, RAM, and disk speed benchmarks. Unlike many all-in-one benchmark suites for Windows, Novabench is completely free. It’s not a trial and there’s no paid version with additional features that it’s trying to sell you. Novabench works with Windows 7 through 10.
