When my site lots of traffic together It shiw this massage...
Resource Limit Is ReachedThe website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.Apache/2.4.12 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_fcgid/2.3.9 Serverat smart-stop.com Port 80

I think may be due to 512 MB ram. After a few minute it becomes normal. I'm using wordpress. Please procide me the solutions.

Try to deactivate some of your plugins. For most case, a lot of plugin could eat a lot of resource on server.
