And you will be able to see the reports from any device since you can upload your report to your work area and view it through the web or app. Most of the functionalities are free, it is necessary to pay to work in teams where several users share reports with different permissions.

This may really date me, but for paper-based reports (e.g., form letters, invoices, etc.), I still prefer Crystal Reports (yes there is a free version) because it is built in the printing-centric era. What you see on the screen is what you get on the page (ok, most of the time). With the newer generation of web-centric reporting tools, I feel that print-outs are an afterthought, oftentimes, what is on the screen is so different from the printed page!
