About my Premium Account?

Sorry ...I have to use this section, because I can not get answer using Premium Client Support. I absolutely understand that you can't provide Premium support for now, because you are too busy right now fixing issues .
But my new Forum that is hosted on Premium Account is just started to be develop and gaining new members ... this is third day it's offline ... I'm afraid I'll lose everything I have accomplish so far.
What are you suggesting me. Should I move it temporary to some new Hosting ... or to your Free Hosting?
