Dear Gigarocket admin,
First of all thank you for your great hosting services up until now. I noticed that my website got suspended from two hours ago. I want to know the reason and hopefully with your excellent support solve the problem.
Update:
I saw the Cleanup of Inactive Hosting Accounts (IMPORTANT) and I am trully sorry for not saw this thread earlier. I have filled the Keep My Account Alive and Well form. Will this prevent my account from being terminated and get it back to normal?
