what are the advertising rules here on the market place?

They are:

No posting other hosting providers (We charge a small fee for that)
No illegal stuff (warez, porn, copyrighted stuff etc)

That`s it really, if in doubt just ask.

So... advertising every day is allowed as well?

Then I mean for plugins/themes and things like that.

If you don't spam much and post things which are okay with hosting, then I think that it will be ok.
