Any Call of Duty Fans Here?

Hi Gigarank Community,

Anyone here a fan of Call of Duty? If you are what Call of Duty would you think it will be this year (2016)?

Call of Duty this year is going to be made by Infinity Ward.

Here's a List of What I Think it Could Be This Year (only one of them will be made):

1. Call of Duty Remake of: COD 4, MW2 or MW3
2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 or 5
3. Call of Duty: Ghosts 2
4. Or a New Call of Duty Title

Anyone else got any ideas of what is could be this year? Post your ideas of what COD YOU think it will be this year.

Yeah I heard that as well. Yep, it's Infinity Wards turn this year, see this tweet they posted on Twitter on 11th February 2016

I kind of wish that it would be something different than ghosts because I am tired of the futuristic gameplay. I want some sweet world war 2 or modern warfare remake I would be happy with those two kinds of games.

Yeah I do as well, Black Ops 3 was awful. From Call of Duty: Ghosts (in my opinion) cod just went from boots on the ground to everything being in the air and not as much on boots on the ground anymore.

I just hope that cod goes back to something like cod 4 MW, World at War or MW2, those three cod games were the best.

Blacks ops 3 is not terrible but I have it only for the mod support which will soon be available so i am looking forward to custom maps that people make hopefully.

Black Ops 3 in my opinion was terrible. That's not bad I haven't seen any mods for Black Ops 3 yet. Yeah I would like to see what custom made maps people will do or make some compatible from Black Ops 1 & 2.

Yeah, cod is coming out this year. See Infinity Ward's Tweet. Up to Call of Duty: Ghosts, cod has just gone to sh*t now and BO3 was just awful! Hopefully Infinity Ward will l make a better cod this year and Advanced Warfare was crap.....

Yeah COD has been getting worse and worse now. But let's hope that Infinity Ward make a better one this year :smile:

EDIT: I just want to see World at War, Cod 4 or MW2 or all of them up to Modern Warfare 2 remastered for next-gen consoles, instead of been all this futuristic crap.

I feel that all the Call of Duty games are not as good as they used to be. After Modern Warfare 2 and 3 it just took a dive. I am sure that there are a few people out there that will argue saying no, that is not the case. You know it is bad when you can release 2 games in one year.

I feel that Call of Duty Ghost was by far the worse one of the bunch.

Yeah it was mostly after MW2 & 3. I know what you mean by release two games in one year and made by the same company at once etc....

I feel that Call of Duty Ghost was by far the worse one of the bunch.

Call of Duty: Ghosts wasn't too bad tho, it was only on the PlayStation 4 it was. It was rushed to get released on the same day as the other platforms and that's why it sucks on PS4.

I'm playing COD Ghosts on PS4 right now and I think it's good (not as much for the graphics).

Generally I would like to see some old cods be remastered for next-gen consoles, here's a list that I would think would be good to have remastered for next-gen.

1. Call of Duty: World at War
2. Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
3. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Get ride of the noob tubes & commando perk)
4. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
5. Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 (not quit sure to be honest)
6. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (not quit sure to be honest)

Do you agree with my list? I'm not 100% sure about the last two (number 5 & 6).

Well if any of you saw the Battlefield 1 trailer compared to the Call of duty trailer will know that COD was blown away by the quality of Battlefield 1. Way more people are in to Battlefield 1 instead of space battles, not even cod 4 remastered can save it from the amount of people moving towards COD.

A lot of people are saying COD is dead. Is this really the end of COD? I hope it is the end of future warfare and it will go back to modern or past warfares.
