My VPS stopped working, cannot even access virtualizor, It is a prank?

Your vps is working fine

You know both root and virtualisor passwords have been changed.

Yes I know that. I don't know why, but sometimes I get timed out and cannot access my VPS and Virtualizer for some reason. Everything is back to normal though. This also happens to my brother because we are using one IP.

Could be a firewall issue, ask me or Genesis when you can't connect. We'll check your IP.
