Awstats not updated correctly

A week ago you helped me so that I could access the statistics in CPanel again. There is only one problem. Awstats no longer updates automatically. I can click "Update now" but that doesn't add statistics that are older than the point in time when the last automatic update should have taken place. This means that if I wait for a few days before updating I will get no stats for the days that has passed and only some for the current day.
