i want to backup and download in zip or rar format files existed in my domain chillncheers.com

i dont want to backup subdomain files.

is there any way to download zip or rar files existed in my domain chillncheers.com only except subdomain files from my cpanel?

i seen backup option in my cpanel but i dont find option to backup only chillncheers.com files

i think it downloads whole files with subdomain too. wat to do? help please.
