Big Hit After Google Penguin 3.0 Roll Out

My site seems to have been hit. My Alexa rankings have steadily been going up for the past week. My site in affected with this algo and we have lost our keyword ranking Position. Traffic has dropped significantly and lost alot visitor until now. How to recover from this, give tips to us. I really appreciated for all opnion. Thanks.

That bad news. I feel the same my site will deindex because I lost alot indexing my site.

Did you receive a manual penalty? (Google sent you a message, check your GWT)

That`s the only time you should file a reconsideration request, Otherwise it was only a algorithm update that affected your serps.

yes DJB, i know it because i receive manual penalty. i also receive rejection request message.

google also disable my domain for adsense
