In my opinion your site is fine.
Advice: find a better alternative to Blue Coat if you want to keep that level of security or report the issue to the library

I here you on this. In Canada, we have tim hortons and it has free wifi. So I log into when ever I am there. I wanted to show some friends a picture of a car that I had posted on my site. So I go to my site and its blocked. They flagged it as a hacking site. The site had nothing to do with hacking, its just a site for my code that I write for my CMS. I had a few news articals about some security issues around the globe. That was it. Yet, my other site running the exact same set up, but different articles was also blocked.
