For web development I would definitely go for Google Chrome. :)

Naturally Edge isn't a option. But I did try Mozilla's Firefox as well. It is not a bad browser to develop your website. It has enough tools to get you navigated to the right CSS or HTML rules, also a element selector. But! Firefox does act up many times meaning elements don't display right, missing options for forced field states and places tools a bit more unlogical.

Chrome is in my eyes the best browser to start with when developping a website. Especially when your new. It can help you find the code that you want find easily with the given tools and more stable and logical then Firefox presents almost the same options.

I think firefox is best for speed and my privacy online. I am using it nearly 10+ years. But when it comes to mobile mainly in android firefox faces some problems.

I agree that Firefox is not as good as it used to be, but it's still my preferred web browser over Google Chrome. And for one simple reason, Firefox has a sidebar for bookmarks. Despite an overwhelming majority of their customers begging for a sidebar for bookmarks, Google has refused to add one.

I've used Firefox for years because there's a lots of extension for web developer. But it's very slow when you load the browser. So started using chrome and the load time is 100% faster than firefox. Installed the extesnions provided for the webmasters and the load time continue to be more fast than other browsers. I'm trying to install Torch to see the difference with chrome. Thanks
