You know what actually, I change my mind back xD, I'd like it to be changed. The thing isn't going anywhere with it's URL right now, nobody goes on it except the MSN, Bing, and Google bots(Lmao). I'd like to know though first: Are advertisement exchange forums allowed as long as they follow the TOS? Like link exchanging forums just a place for people to casually advertise their projects etc.?
