I checked and the reason you can't access your account is your domain servers are not ours. I checked the domain and they are pointing to the wrong name servers (refer the link below). You have to go into your Registrar Account that you purchased the domain from to change the name servers to ours. These are the domain servers they are pointing to.
Name Server: NS69.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS70.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
They look like Godaddy name servers.
You need to point them to our name servers:

The Nameservers must have been deleted and set to standard by default, weird.
I can acces the Support Page by following your link, but i will check the Nameservers first, that might do the trick!
