Can't Access Web hosting application area

I have a problem i cant acces the application area,to get host. When acces the section he tell me:Or email it's not actived or i am baned Why?

Did you recieve an email and did you activate your account by clicking on the link within it?

Problem was investigated at the time when this was first raised on 27 August and it would seem that some members have been clicking on the Accepted Applications Sub-Forum for making their hosting requests, instead of the Free Webhosting Applications Sub-Forum. Hopefully this has been fixed with a special notice in the correct Sub-Forum that is linked to a blank request thread.
