I have trouble too trying to create a thread in the news and announcements forum.

Wait a minutes. Looks as though we've got a problem. I tried to edit my post above to say it was a post that was split (not a thread moved), and the edit didn't want to save. I'll bring this to the attention of @un4saken

Also, I have been experiencing strange DNS issues. For example yesterday evening I could not reach the forums, rest of the site was running fine. I checked SQL server, it was running fine. This evening I can reach the forums.

Although, this evening I cannot reach a staging sub-domain I setup. Very strange indeed.
