Hi,
The link for filling the form doesn't work. It asks for cpanel username and Do You Accept TOS? Clicking on submit goes to forum home page. I entered the usernaem and selected yes.

As far as I know it is reset on the first day of the month and then accumulates through the month. If it exceeds the maximum bandwidth on or before the end of the month the account is automatically suspended. Our bandwidth is very generous, so it's rare that this happens. If and when it happens it is someone who is using more resources than the free hosting account logically allowed for. It's a good sign they either need to step down or upgrade.

Not trying to be obseqious, but I found Gigarank to be quite good - key factor is the folks behind it.

Thanks - I have to agree! We've got an incredible Tech Admin and very generous owner who rarely think along small minded lines - they always take a big picture server view of things. I'm an admirer of them too.

I filed in the form even if I didn`t receive any notice of suspension, just to be sure it doesn`t get deleted due to low bandwith use.

I have a question of what the criteria of "inactive" will be and if there will be any grace period before deletion
