Clear my Disk Space

Hi.

My name is Cobalt, and I am a user of Gigalicous Web Hosting. I have been very impressed with the webhosting, but would like to request something.

I would like to ask if it's possible that you clear out my disk space usage. My cPanel username is cobalt99.

Not sure what you mean Cobalt. Are you asking for an account reset? If yes, have you made a backup of all of your files?

By the way, I've noticed you have a huge error log. Do you know why this is the case?

Yes, that's exactly what I was asking, to reset my account. I am backing up my data now. The error log was from trying to install a PERL Module in cPanel, using the PERL Module Installer. That is why my disk space is so used up and also the reason why I'm asking for an account reset.

OK fine Cobalt. Can you let us know once you've completed your backup successfully? We will then terminate your account and recreate it from scratch.

My backup has been successfully completed, and you can now manage my account. Thanks so much. And btw, when you are finished, please send the username and password to me via Private Message and email to: sean.mckittrick@mckittrick.tk. This is so I can keep reference without having to signon to Gigalicous every time I access cPanel. Thanks!
