I search make a computer for play my favorite game. My actual computer is too old.
What I need to buy for assembly what I need?
Obviously using less money as possible.

An i5 with 4gb ram will do fine mate.

based on their official website, the minimum system requirements to run the software are as follows:

OS: WINDOWS VISTA SP2 32-BIT (WITH KB971512 PLATFORM UPDATE)
PROCESSOR: AMD ATHLON X2 2.8 GHZ or INTEL CORE 2 DUO 2.4 GHZ
MEMORY: 4 GB
GRAPHICS CARD: AMD RADEON HD 3870 or NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 GT
GRAPHICS MEMORY: 512 MB
HARD DRIVE: 30 GB

but surprisingly, I was able to run and play the game on a computer with lower specs:

OS: windows xp sp3 (32bit) - with directx 10 updates
PROCESSOR: Intel Dual Core 3.2Ghz
MEMORY: 3 GB
GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 GT (256bit)
GRAPHICS MEMORY: 512 MB
HARD DRIVE: 160 GB (with 100GB free space)

if your computer specs are better or higher than these, then Im sure you can play it but you can't play it with the high settings. Try running it with the lowest settings first. Any graphics card that is 256bit will do because the graphics memory is only used for the video resolution.

Well, I can play this game on my laptop which is powered by corei3 with 1gb built in graphics and 4gb ram but the fact is my laptop got thermal shutdown after some time of playing.

i3 with 4 GB RAM will be ok, just add some fan under your laptop, don't block the air flow from the laptop (bottom side and 4 sides), and in a air-conditioned (20-25C) room will be better.
