Contact Management Software

Can any one suggest really good contact management software that is integrated with Outlook? I'd like to manage my contacts better, particularly with creating special groups and mailings. Outlook is limited, so am hoping for a software that uses Outlook, but is more creative on the groups and mailings side.

I'm looking for the ideal contact management software too. I've tried ACT! a few years ago, and then Maximizer, but they're far from perfect.

I tried ACT! once upon a time as well. I remember I used to be permanently in contact with ACT! technical staff. Turned into a real frustrating experience, BUT it did work well with having all the info on customers available to all of its users. I should check it out again to see if they've made some progress since last time I used it. No doubt it will be very expensive to purchase.

I used to use ACT Contact Management software many years ago. A pain in the neck sometimes but worked out really well for small sales team. I notice they're now doing cloud as well.
