Correct. It's completely OK for others. So there's nothing we can change unfortunately.
How about ipconfig - did you try to flush the DNS of your computer? Like you need to turn off your computer for a while first. What I'd do is also clean the browsers of all cookies first before you completely shut down and turn off the computer - i.e. disconnect it from electricity and let it stand for a while.
Then turn it on again and refresh everything.
If that isn't enough repeat everything and before you shut it down use the ipconfig at the command line of your Windows. Like in the box type CMD to get the dos window. Then use cd .. to get to the "c" prompt. Then paste in the command line
Do that twice.
If that still doesnt' work and you have a WiFi system try and clear and release the IP - here's an article how to do it.
Type
at the Command Prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IP configuration.
Then type
at the Command Prompt window, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer.
