Cpanel login problem

I am not able to login in my cpanel.I logged in 1 time but it logs me out when I refresh main page in cpanel.

Also main page in cpanel is not loading fully.

I've modified your password and sent it to you by PM. Can you check whether that solves the problem.

If there is still a problem can you send me your IP by PM and I'll make sure your IP is OK if it is a Firewall issue.

The cpanel is fixed. I personally used your user name and password that you provided to me by PM earlier today and the cpanel comes up beautiful now.

It was a problem this morning when you reported it, un4saken sorted it out, and you should be able to get in. If not, I can make the following suggestions:

1. Get a proxy like Tor and see if you can access it OK
2. Use different browsers
3. Clear cache and cookies and completely log out and turn your computer off
4. If you're on a WiFi system try and reset the WiFi with a new IP

i have tried everything as u said.cleared cache history and cookies.i tried 3 browsers but same problem.i tried my mobile browsers. 1 dolphin browser and 1 chrome. same problem in mobile browser too.

even i ran ccleaner to clean all my browsers cache history and cookies.

but i am still not able to see my cpanel as like normal mode.

my website is not accessible from 2 days properly because i lost my latest design of my site.so i need to upload it back but i am not able to do this.

today gigarank main website was also down.i dont know what going on with gigarank. but felt sad that gigarank is not running as like before.

also i tried to change my ip to germany,usa,uk,spain

but same problem

also i tried opera browser in my phone now. same problem.

if my ip address is blocked then how come that i cant access to germany,spain,usa and uk ip address too?


my ip address of my internet gets change everytime i disconnect my internet.

I really don't know Rave. Could be you tried too many times and your account got blocked.

Let's do something different and we open a brand new account for you, and see whether you can get in. I'll send the details to you in the next few minutes.

Don't worry about losing anything buddy. You're one of the first members here. I admire everything you've done and I'll try everything I can to make this work for you.

The new cpanel is just an experiment for now. I want to see whether you can access Gigarank cpanel without any previous DNS associated with it.

So I've created the new cpanel for you with our Gigarank sub domain with your name and a new user name. Can you check whether you can access it buddy? I've sent the details in a PM to you.

I'm sorry for the frustration Rave. Everyone else seems to be OK with cPanel. Just not you. So here's my theory. The cPanel that you get is a dated screen from yesterday. Not our present one. It's like a screen of 24 hours ago. So maybe your browsers WiFi or devices you are using are causing the DNS to propagate much longer.

Your other Website is working fine because you haven't had a problem with it yet. That screen can also be 24 hours old.
