cpanel password always faile log in

Do I need to wait to propagate first before I can use your control panel? I recently change my DNS in gigalicious but when i tried to click the link the homepage is still from my previous hosting. And can I change the cpanel password?. Because i can't see carefully the brackets and hyphens of my password

You can change your password from the main cPanel control section.
