Please note that your VPS is unmanaged. This has been clearly stated in the VPS section and the VPS Terms and Conditions of Hosting, which you accepted at the time of applying for a VPS. The understanding of acceptance is that you have some basic experience in VPS management and Linux commands to be able to manage it yourself. Suggest if you're a first time user you do as most first time users do. Google for assistance, teach yourself, take your time and be patient with yourself. The Admin here will only assist if there is something technically wrong with the VPS.
