Do we get public IP for the VPS

Just wondering if we would get a public IP for the VPS provided by gigarank. The intention is to register my domain with the VPS IP so that I can manage my apps on VPS along with the portal. Possible? If No, what are the alternates?

Gigarank only offers public IPs.

It is perfectly possible to register a public IP for a domain. I do it with Namecheap as Namecheap allows one to create two name servers for one IP.
