Do you use DNS Prefetching?

DNS Prefetching is something that I started to pay more attention just recently, after I had some issues with ISP bandwidth allocations.
Do you use DNS prefetch tag in your <head></head> part of your Webpages? What are your experiences?

yes..but I don't see any differences, I just put it it there

If your website uses multiple resources (like images, styles and scripts) from multiple domains/dnses, you should try this, i think this will help.
But if your resources are loaded from your host you don't need this.
