Could you change my domain again?

My cPanel username is: SanderK

Please change it to: ribwhulp.nl

Can I use my vBulletin license here?

Yes, you may use your vBulletin license provided that you upload a legal.txt file to the directory where your vBulletin script will be loaded. Refer TOS.

Un4 said to change my domain to a subdomain untill my domain landed.

I am not sure if the vBulletin installation is easy to change later on, but oke.

I would like to have "ribwhulp.gi9.co" for now and change that at the end of the weekend.

Where do I get that legal.txt file?
Do you want me to add a screenshot from the vBulletin client area instead?

That would be good Sander. Like the enclosed shot instead with all information intact (i.e. not painted out). You can upload that to your root folder and call it license.png.
