Really appreciate all the hard work the Gigarank team has put into getting things back to normal, yeah okay so I totally lost my site entirely but you guys sorted me out with another account in short order which was awesome. :yahoo::good:

Was wondering Genesis, my original account was on double everything and the new one is just a basic one, do I need to earn the points again and pay them in to get that back. I'm not overly concerned, was more curious about it really, I don't mind too much having to earn it again if needs be. :smile:

Hi dude. This comment is not only applicable to you but to everyone else as well. Can you please help the staff by posting your hosting support requests in the hosting support forum only. Not in PMs and not in other Forums. The Announcement Forum is only for announcements.

Also, and this goes for everyone else as well. Please provide us with either your cpanel name or domain name. It helps expedite things and since we have so many requests to attend to helps us with getting things done faster.
