Howdy, all!

Im from the Houston area in Texas. I have been here for 10 years, and am a facilities manager for an oil and gas company. I spend my spare time on Ham radio, fixin old trucks, and smoking my good old tobacco pipes. I have an interest in forums and may eventually set one up that deals with tobacco pipes or Ford trucks (I own 2 running Fords and 2 parts trucks) I am about to pick up a few Broncos as well. I love me some Ford Broncos.

Heya John-Paul,

off to a good start here already my friend, as you know they're a wonderful group of folks here on Gigarank, very welcoming and extremely friendly, a rarity on forums these days as you know.

I know you'll enjoy spending time here as I do, peace be with you and safe journeys.

Thank you, Kirk. I figured you would probably be asleep by now. LOL. Anyways, it is always good to learn new things and to meet new people. I am sure that what I learn here will help me in the future as well.

Hey JP, fellow Texan here, native Houstonian now in Fort Worth - hope you enjoy this place as much as me. Great forum populated by great people.

I used to have a '73 Ford truck and sold a Bronco II (yeah, I know the difference) a few years ago with over 1/4 million miles on it.

Thank you for the welcomes. I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. Helpremember, 250k miles is pretty good for those Bronco II's. I had a 94 bronco with 245k on it before some idiot ran a stop sign and totaled it. I miss that truck. It would go anywhere.
