Hello everyone, im here to share about a great software for your desktop. If you are frequently on the PC, get this apps to basically getting rid the Blue-light emitting from your LCD monitors that can harm your eyes if you staring at it all day :sorry:

f.lux
f.lux fixes this: it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.

It's even possible that you're staying up too late because of your computer. You could use f.lux because it makes you sleep better, or you could just use it just because it makes your computer look better.

Yeah, I use f.lux or something similar on all my devices! It really helps you get more sleep, and though it felt odd at first, I got used to it pretty quickly.

Looks like the only thing that doesn't work on XP is the location detection feature. Seems like an easy fix though. From the FAQ:

On Windows XP, the f.lux location dialog does not work. What should I do?
Due to the "Poodle" bug in SSLv3, our server does not allow connections from IE on Windows XP. If you use Chrome or another browser, you can use this map page and paste your location into f.lux instead.

There's a similar app for Android called Twilight, very helpful! I also use f.lux on my Desktop but recently Microsoft added some kind of night light feature in the Windows Fall Creators Update. May be worth taken a look at...

I believe there was a study that demonstrated that blue light emitted from mobile devices and screens affect your sleep schedule.

Pretty interesting topic, I'll be sure to check this out.
