Genesis is right, you have some plugins installed on your WordPress website that have reached your allocated resources. I have upped your resource limit for now. Your website is back!

Please optimize your WordPress installation, I also see you have other cms`s installed on your account. Maybe consider removing the cms`s that you do not require.

At the moment I'm just using this domain mostly to test a project I've been working on which is a CMS that I hope will use far fewer resources than either wordpress or the other one I have installed. The second one was installed just to test how resource intensive it was and this definitely answers that question. I'll fix the problem and thanks for the help.
