Not sure what you're asking Gigarocket to do?

Are you sure the problem is on Gigarocket's side and if you feel "yes" specifically what is not working on Gigarocket's side and what are you asking us to do to fix it?

Have you checked the FTP Section of your cpanel for the correct info and set your domain up correctly for the FTP info?
