ftp connection problem

i am not able to connect via ftp.

cpanel opens from browser but not able to open from ftp.

gigarank not supports file transfer via ftp?

Which FTP client are you using and what information do you use to get into your Website with FTP?

Have you checked your FTP Manager in cPanel? When you click on name it will come up with the exact information you need to put into FileZilla.

Also, you can download a file to configure your ftp client to directly connect with your website from your cPanel.

i use CuteFTP from my laptop and AndFTP from my mobile phone. i didn't found any problem with both FTP client

i m using filezilla and i not checked ftp manager in cpanel.

for what i have to see ftp manager in cpanel?

i used other hosting sites but it aloowed me to use ftp without any settings in the cpanel?
