Yeah thats true. File type of GIF extension is not recommended to implement into website because it can be draining page load time. And then come one of solution is using JQuery whoever wants to add any images animation. But its not really animation likes GIF files. So GIFV (GIF to MP4 converted) is answer for modern website to change GIF animation.
