The recent events concerning the truly great problems that Gigarank experienced, have shown a great trait of Gigarank stuff. They treat their members and customers as part of the family, not just as a regular Clients!
Thank you guys for putting so much effort in quick resolutions of problems.

Yep, its a misfortune to have such events happened.. Nevertheless we should pull ourselves together and learned some lessons from this. Lets hope for the best of Gigaranks!

There's no doubt in this. Also, issues can happen to any hosting company but in the case of GR it was the worst that could happen. I can understand that people have lost their databases but I would say this again, don't completely rely on system backups. Always make regular backups of your websites. If you're not able to download it to your computer, transfer it to Dropbox/Google Drive but DO TAKE A BACKUP.

If it would've been any other hosting company, they would've run away or ignored everyone. The attitude shown by GR Team is really appreciable and I am happy that I'm a part of GR.

I absolutely agree with you. After many experiences in last 10 years on the Internet, some of them with real Big and Famous Hosting Companies, I can confirm this!
One of the Biggest Hosting Companies even blocked my IP, when I complain about something?! ... and you guess, never refunded me.

Servers are going down always ... for data loss we share responsibility too if we don't have our own back ups.

This is very good to see. I hope to have the same great experience here at GigaRank that you guys have had. My host is going down and I need something else and every search for hosts I do, I always seem to get directed to GigaRank.

Not without a reason. Even though we focus on the free hosting, we will provide a premium support 24/7 for our users.

The forum has grown into a true community of genuinely nice people, I visit this place more than other social networks like my facebook
people originally come here because it's the best host and find it's so much more!
even if I didn't use GR as a host I'd come here every single day because it's more than just a forum to me :drinks:

I just want to say, THANK YOU! My old host decided to go out of business without giving me much warning and i've been in a complete tailspin trying to find a suitable host that actually works. I found you guys and it works.. It works WELL and for that, I thank you. Response to my help nagging has been fast and everything is working great... A thousand thank you's!

I personally have been met with much scrutiny and judgment when I try to start somewhere new. It is always "If you dont know then... dont try" or "We are superior beings read our demands." Its nice to find so many good comments in the beginning, gives you hope.
