If you are using a domain other than a Gigarocket sub-domain, you need to log into your domain account that you have with the domain registrar (i.e. dot.tk, GoDaddy or Namecheap). Navigate to the domain account for the specific domain you are using and then change the name servers to:
NameServer1: ns1.gigadnsserver.com
NameServer2: ns2.gigadnsserver.com
Alternatively, if you have a myname.gi9.co free sub-domain with us, and you have another domain you would like your Website to point to, you can do the same. Change the name servers in your domain account with your registrar to the above name servers. Then do one extra step, find the section on Parked Domains in your cPanel, and park your new domain in cPanel.
Please allow upto 24 hours for the name servers to fully propagate around the Internet. Usually only takes a couple of hours.
